**Together we will produce the first version of an open-source tool for smaller, volunteer-led community organisations that supports energy advisors and project managers to make their work easier.
It will enable them to efficiently serve clients, reduce fuel poverty and people's home energy carbon footprint, provide better quality advice (and thus produce better impact), and help the organisation to better meet funders' various needs.**
At Outlandish we start every project with the whole team mapping out how the world will be better once the project is finished. This outcomes mapping process is often known as a “theory of change” – it’s a silly name, but it’s good to set a hypothesis for how you’re going to bring about the change you want.
It’s about outcomes mapping, really. It consists of a Final Goal, the Outputs/Outcomes that will bring it into being, and the tasks that the project team need to do to make those happen.
At our project Kick Off on the 15 Feb 2024.
